Our client is looking to recruit a Senior Human Resources Officer to create a link between the Human Resources Officer and Human Resources Manager, providing support and absence cover to both roles where needed. You will add a significant contribution to the delivery of the very exciting and ambitious people strategy.
Requirements:-
Minimum of 2 years experience of working at Senior Human Resources Officer level
Solid generalist knowledge of Human Resources policies and best practice
Minimum Level 3 CIPD qualification or relevant experience
Ability to work in a busy environment, context switching as priorities change
Strong evidence of a ‘Performance through People’ mindset
Leadership experience, confidence in attending meetings at all levels
Experienced in dealing with sensitive employee relations issues
Able to exercise sound judgement and decision making
Experience of HR systems and implementation would be an advantage
Strong IT skills, especially around the application of Microsoft products, particularly Office 365
