Are you passionate about learning and development? Highly organised? Someone who enjoys bringing programmes to life and creating a seamless learning experience? A growing organisation is seeking a Programme Activator, Learning, People & Culture to support the successful delivery of learning programmes across the business. Working closely with stakeholders, learning providers and employees, you will help coordinate learning initiatives, manage learning data and systems, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the overall learning experience. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact while supporting a culture of learning and development.

What will you be doing?

  • Coordinate the delivery and administration of learning programmes, ensuring a seamless experience for learners and stakeholders;
  • Maintain accurate learning data, reporting and learning management system records to support business decision-making;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external providers and learning participants to support successful programme delivery.
