HR Consultant - part time (15-20 hours pw)

We're a Jersey-based HR consultancy looking for a skilled HR Consultant to join our team on a part-time basis. You'll work directly with a range of local clients, getting stuck into real HR challenges and making a tangible difference from day one. What we’re looking for: Strong HR generalist experience; Solid knowledge of Jersey employment law; Confidence handling ER cases end-to-end; A proactive, commercial, and client-focused mindset; MCIPD (or equivalent) preferred.
