This is an interesting and valuable decision from Jersey’s Employment Tribunal on Florin Stoica v Merchant Vintners Limited T/A The Beach Club & Others, in which the Claimant sought leave to appeal against and earlier judgment of the Tribunal. It is particularly interesting in its explanation of what constitutes a ‘Without Prejudice’ conversation, the overarching objectives of the Tribunal and Discrimination victimisation.
