This full-time, permanent role is with an independent charity who work collaboratively to provide care for everyone who requires it.


Your new role                   


The People Administrator will support the Head of People and People Manager in the delivery of HR activities to both internal and external clients and will work closely with other members of the People Team in the delivery of high-quality administration services and support to our customers. As a People Administrator you will be responsible for delivering a high quality and effective administration service in adherence with HR Policies and Procedures, and across the employee life cycle including recruitment and onboarding.


What you’ll need to succeed


To succeed in this role, you will need experience of working in a similar HR administrative role and sound knowledge of local employment legislation and residential and employment criteria.  You will need to be a good team player with effective communication skills, IT skills including knowledge of Microsoft packages and experience with Excel spreadsheets, and the ability to work well under pressure and to deadlines while prioritising workload successfully.
