HR Generalist

Our client is looking for an HR Generalist, this is a a standalone generalist role which provides a wide range of services for the Firm and its people (circa 90). You will be responsible for all matters People related, and will be closely supported by the Firm’s Chief Operating Officer. The role includes all aspects of HR from day to day administration, payroll, training, performance, employee relations, recruitment and benefits. You will need to be confident in managing, organising and prioritising their workload in order to be successful in the provision of all standard requirements.

Requirements:-

 

Upholding high ethical standards and demonstrating integrity in all aspects

A developing understanding of Jersey Employment Law & best practices

Ability to be flexible, adaptable and proactive in addressing HR issues and opportunities

Strong and concise communication skills (written and verbal, active listening)

Strong analytical ability, with a keen aptitude for problem solving

Eagerness to further develop, and study within the CIPD courses and qualifications

A comprehension of meaningful data collection and analysis

Strong organisation, prioritisation and time management abilities
