- 2 years experience in a recruitment or human resources role
- Ideally experience of working within a professional services firm, although not essential
- Excellent people and communication skills both oral and written
- Excellent at building relationships
- Ideally, hold a relevant at least Level 5HR or Recruitment qualification
- Experience with the application tracking system would be advantageous
