Recruitment Administrator

Our client is looking to recruit an Administrator to work closely with the recruiting team to co-ordinate recruitment and administration of potential candidates. You will advertise and close vacancies, help organise recruitment events, arrange interviews, and assist with interviewing for junior roles whilst keeping all MI up to date. Oversee the Work Experience programme together with the efficient onboarding of all new members of staff.

Requirements: -
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, methodical and diligent
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload and meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ideally have worked in a HR environment previously, with exposure to Recruitment
