Customer Service Executive
Our client is seeking a Customer Service Executive to join their Personal and Premium Banking team on a full-time, permanent basis. This role is focused on delivering effective day-to-day service to personal and premium banking clients while ensuring a seamless and professional client experience.
Responsibilities:-
Assisting in the day-today servicing of clients.
Receiving and processing payments, security trades, FX, fixed deposits and corporate actions from clients in person, fax, letter or by telephone.
Communicating with clients on a daily basis to resolve queries, carry out call backs and arrange online banking activations.
Providing assistance to other team members during busy times.
Identifying opportunities to cross and up sell the banks products and services.
Contributing positively towards cross-departmental changes.
Assisting with projects and large-scale system tasks that may arise from time to time.
Ensure that all relevant and current rules, regulations and Bank policies are adhered to in respect of your role and the clients.
