Projects

2019 update - so far this year I have worked closely with two big clients. One is a global hedge fund-leader in their field. I have been an interim Head of HR during a period of change. The second, has been leading an HR outsourcing team that has been providing the full suite of HR support to a regulator.  In addition to providing strategic HR and operational support, I have also worked closely with them in delivering their resourcing plans.

Helen supported a local bank who required additional HR support to fulfill a capacity requirement. Focusing on resourcing, Helen partnered with the change management team to provide HR support and solutions.

Since 2015, Helen has provided senior level HR support to a financial services provider. Initially, she acted in an interim capacity leading and managing the HR function for the business. She also supported them through a period of significant change and re-organisation and more recently on HR projects for the business, (as an extension to the new in-house HR team).
