Purpose of the Workshop

Managers are at the centre of critical relationships which drive performance, employee engagement and support wellbeing. It is important that managers have the skills to manage their teams effectively and deal with issues confidently when they arise. This workshop will:

  • Prepare managers for the responsibilities of managing a team.
  • Equip managers with the communication skills they need.
  • Provide tools to help manage challenges, conflict, absence, and performance issues.
  • Explain key employment law principles including an overview of discrimination legislation.
